Gentle Barre

A gentler version of our traditional Barre class, with no added weights and a slower tempo but with all the great muscle building moves.

Hot Yoga

Take your yoga to the next level by adding heat. We turn the temperature up to about 90 degrees and let the heat work its magic on our muscles, connective tissue and heart rate. This class is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with heart or blood pressure concerns.

Sun & Moon Yoga
