Her first love is yoga but is now finding barre to be her current obsession. No matter what she’s teaching, her focus is always on balance, mobility and social connection through group exercise. She strives to bring a sense of humor and ease to her classes, not taking herself or the practice too seriously, while also challenging her students to be stronger, more balanced and more peaceful. When she’s not teaching you can probably find her on the beach or walking her doodles, Bailey and Luca.

She went on to create and lead the district’s first elective to offer yoga for high school physical education credits. In 2009 she expanded her own practice with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at House of Light in Spring Hill, marking the beginning of her teaching journey at Flow Yoga Studio. Over the years she has consistently expanded her knowledge and expertise through specialized certifications in meditation and aerial yoga. Sacha’s classes are now for their lighthearted and accessible approach, creating a welcoming environment for students of all levels to explore their practice with the joy and ease, and always a little silliness sprinkled in.
