Do I need to book my class in advance?

We ask that you do book your class in advance, as it helps our teachers be prepared for class and ensures you a spot. This is especially important for classes held in The River View Room, as it has limited space.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

While most people prefer to use their own mat, we do have mats available to use free of charge.

What do I wear?

Dress comfortably in clothing that allows you to move freely. All of our classes are held barefoot.

What else should I know?

We kindly ask that you do not wear heavy perfumes or scents, as many people have sensitivity to these. Please turn your phones and watches to silent during your class.
